The Evolve programme offers small and medium sized businesses the opportunity to develop and implement best practice strategies in a way that can improve the success of your business for little or no financial outlay.

The Evolve Workshop

The Evolve programme begins with a free 1 day workshop which will enable you to:

  1. Understand the impact of the new Equality Act on your business
  2. Develop more effective working practices
  3. Maximise the business benefits of diversity

Following completion of the workshop, you can gain access to a range of fully funded support specifically tailored to your business needs. For example we can assist you to:

  1. Update your policies and processes and bring them into line with the Equality Act 2010
  2. Ensure your recruitment processes are fair and equal
  3. Develop a strategy for diversifying your customer base
  4. Access impartial support to help implement remote working practices (further financial assistance is also available to eligible organizations)
  5. Help you understand the current legal framework and introduce a system to manage requests to work flexibly
