Business Opportunities through the Government's 'Green Deal' Initiative

Date: 1st March
Location: Cardiff City Staduim, Leckwith, Cardiff

The Welsh Government’s ‘Supplier Development Service’ invites you to this essential seminar taking place at Cardiff City Stadium, Leckwith, Cardiff on Thursday 1st March 2012. The event starts at 09.00, lasts approximately 3.5 hours and is free of charge.

Overview:
The Government’s Green Deal initiative, due to be launched in late 2012 will enable many households and businesses to improve the energy efficiency of their properties without consuming so much energy and wasting so much money.

For businesses operating in the sectors involved in delivering these improvements, Green Deal will create a number of opportunities for new business. From Green Deal Assessors, through SME contractors, through to national construction brands and energy companies, this initiative will create opportunities for companies who are prepared.

This seminar offers the chance to understand where some of these opportunities are likely to come from, meaning that your company can be ahead of the game when Green Deal is implemented. The speakers will be from both support organisations, but also from companies working in the sector, offering their insight into what Green Deal is going to mean for the supply chain.

Through practical support and guidance, this workshop will help you to identify where opportunities lie and ensure you and your company are well positioned to take advantage of opportunities that arise due to the implementation of ‘Green Deal’.
