TeenBiz business start up scheme

TeenBiz is a business start-up scheme aimed at students aged 13-18.

From 1 January 2012, two young people will be chosen each month to receive £500 start-up funding plus business mentoring and a start-up pack.

TeenBiz is aiming to support over 100 new businesses over the next three years.

One student per month must be a social entrepreneur - a business which makes money whilst their work helps other people - and this award is called the Teenbiz Live UnLtd award

For more information on how to apply see the TeenBiz website at: www.teenbiz.org.uk
